Essential Requirements

You will be a registered GPhC Pharmacist.
Ideally MUR accreditation and ProScript experience.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build good relationships with both customers and staff.
Possess exceptional leadership qualities.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Current driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Salary: Up to £23.00 per hour DOE + excellent benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 1pm (flexibility in days to be worked)

Our client is seeking a Pharmacist Manager to join them at their store in Nuneaton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small independent pharmacy group, and to enhance services and prescriptions. This is a well-supported role with great potential to progress your skills and your career.

Role Responsibilities

To supervise the day to day activities connected with the preparation and supply of medicines, and will provide advice to patients
on the use of medicines, and general Public Health and healthy lifestyle matters.
Responsible for the branch as a business unit.
Ensure all professional activities comply with standards and criteria laid down by GPhC and NHS England.
Accountable for the delivery of all local, national, and advanced services commissioned from the branch, and compliance with other
initiatives directed from NHS England, and compliance with commercial activities directed by the company.
Responsible for the supervision and training of other pharmacy staff and will undertake activities that support company and branch strategic objectives, and to maximise the profitability and potential of the business.
